How to Join the iLinc Webcast

  1. Go to http://tadnet.ilinc.com.

  2. There is no need to enter a username or password. Click on Public Sessions along the top bar.

  3. The complete list of Joint/TA&D and SPP/APR webcast sessions will appear by number; click on any session listed in the Session Name column to get a more complete description.

    Note: Several of the sessions are listed as one session; this allows participants to listen to any speaker or panel included in that time frame without having to hang up and call back. However, it is not necessary for you to join the whole time if you are only interested in part of the session. Times for each are listed on the list page and the agenda—feel free to join only for the parts of the session that interest you.

  4. Click in the boxes found on the left side of the table to select the numbered session(s) for which you would like to register; then click on Register (located below the list).

  5. The system will ask for your name and e-mail address; it will send you an invitation for each session for which you've registered.

    The invitation e-mail will provide you with the phone number and log-in information for each session. It will also provide a link for you to test your system in order to prepare for the session.

Registering for a session does not require you attend.

If your plans change at the last minute, don't worry about it. We will be recording these sessions and making them available after the conference to anyone who missed it the first time.
