Registration Fee

 

 Registration Fee Deadline: March 19, 2010

The Registration Fee for the conference is $290 for TA&D/CCs and $270 for EACs if paid on or before March 19, 2010. Each registrant will receive an automated invoice from Freshbooks. Please expect this invoice via email within the next 1-2 days. If you do not receive the invoice and it is not in your spam filter, contact Jeff Coles at jcoles@aed.org to request a copy. (US Government staff are exempt and will not receive an invoice.) The registration fee can be paid online with your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express only) or by check. If paying by check, make checks payable to Academy for Educational Development (Federal Tax ID: 13-6110212) and send to Jeff Coles, AED/TACC, 1825 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20009.
The fee must be received by Friday, March 19, 2010 in order to qualify for the above mentioned rates.

Late Registration and Fees: After March 19, 2010
Online registration will continue to be available through Monday, March 29th, however all registration fees will increase by $50 (TA&D/CCs will pay $340 and EACs will pay $320). At the conference, the TACC will accept payment (at the late fee rate) by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for anyone that is unpaid by the start of the event.*

*Please Note: This is a new policy and everyone will be required to pay onsite if they are not pre-paid.*

Cancellation Policy

Should you find that you are unable to attend the conference for any reason after paying your registration fee, the following refund policy will apply: Your registration fee minus a 25% administrative charge for processing will be refunded. To request reimbursement, your request must be submitted via email to Jeff Coles at jcoles@aed.org, and include all of your contact information. Refund requests must be submitted by March 29, 2010 and include who the refund should be made payable to. Please allow six weeks to receive your reimbursement check.
